Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (the ‘Agreement’) is made between Hassan Mojarad trading as Sydney Pro Epoxy Flooring (the ‘Contractor’) and the Client, whose details are set out below.

1. Services
The Contractor agrees to provide epoxy flooring supply and installation, including preparation, application, and finishing, as specified in the accepted quotation. Any additional or related works must be agreed in writing.
2. Warranty
The Contractor provides a five (5) year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover moisture ingress, hydrostatic pressure, water leaks or cracked pipes under the slab, structural movement, misuse, neglect, impact, chemical damage, failure to follow aftercare, or normal wear and tear. The warranty is void if moisture testing or recommended preparation is declined by the Client.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of ____% of the total project cost is payable on acceptance of the quote.
- The balance is due upon completion, payable within 7 days of invoice.
- Interest of 5% per month applies to overdue amounts.
- Contractor may suspend works until payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide safe, clear access to the site and disclose any known substrate issues. The Client must protect the floor during curing and follow maintenance guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Contractor’s liability is limited to the cost of rectification or re-supply of the works. The Contractor is not liable for indirect loss, flooding, leaking pipes, or slab movement.
6. Expenses
The Contractor will not charge additional expenses unless pre-approved in writing by the Client.
7. Intellectual Property & Photo Release
The Contractor retains ownership of methods, designs, and photographic materials. The Client grants permission for the Contractor to use photographs of the works for marketing, unless the Client objects in writing.
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved within 14 days, the matter will be referred to mediation before legal proceedings. Either party may seek urgent relief in court.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days’ written notice. If the Client terminates after commencement, they must pay for all work completed and materials ordered up to that date.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
